As a health coach, I am trained to help you navigate your own personal change process. Change is exciting and sometimes a little scary. I know. I discovered this field because I didn't like where I was in life. I needed direction and I wanted to find purpose. I decided to take a leap of faith, stop listening to people who said it wasn't possible and pursue my dreams. I changed my diet, my mindset and my perspective on life.
Every challenge that comes my way teaches me lessons, offers perspective and helps me find joy in the simplest things. Through my own difficult journey, I have learned to be courageous, trust the change process and have faith in myself.
As a speaker, consultant, coach and educator, I help people accomplish their goals, large or small. I couldn't ask for more rewarding work.

Christine earned her Master's degree in Integrative Health and Wellness Coaching from The California Institute of Integral Studies in San Francisco and is passionate about offering health and wellness coaching to all populations. As an Integrative Wellness Coach, Christine is trained to address individual strategies for enhancing diet, exercise, supportive relations, and stress management, while creating an empowered relationship that supports notions of belonging, spiritual connection, meaning and purpose --all recognized in health promotion research as necessary antecedents for improved self-care. She is competent in participant enrollment, assessment of needs and interests, program design and implementation, biometric marker collection, and program evaluation.
